ST. LOUIS (SALVATION ARMY) -- The Salvation Army is now open for angel adoptions for its Angel Tree program, which provides toys and clothing for local families in need, for their children, through November 30.

Last year, more than 4,000 angels were adopted throughout the St. Louis area.

Go to salarmymidland.org to adopt an angel online and to learn how to purchase a child’s requested gifts.

Gifts can be delivered in person to one of The Salvation Army locations throughout the St. Louis area or at The Salvation Army’s Distribution Center, 10634 Saint Charles Rock Road, from November 8 through December 1.

You can support Angel Tree by making a direct donation towards The Salvation Army. More than 80% of each dollar donated to The Salvation Army goes to ensure boys and girls across the St. Louis region experience the joy of Christmas morning.

Local businesses and community groups are invited to put up an Angel Tree, which is decorated with Angels available for adoption. To host an Angel Tree (in person or virtually), or for more information about Angel Tree, please contact Angel Tree Coordinator, Lauren Shelton, at Lauren.Shelton@usc.salvationarmy.org or 314-646-3000.
