Man shot, injured in north St. Louis

ST. LOUIS, Mo. (KMOV) - On Saturday afternoon, a man was shot in the neck and abdomen in north St. Louis.

St. Louis police said the man was unconscious and barely breathing when they arrived at the scene at Vandeventer and Sullivan just before 2 p.m. Homicide detectives were requested to assist district police in the investigation.
