Teen shot in the head, killed in south St. Louis

ST. LOUIS, Mo. (KMOV) - A man was fatally shot in south St. Louis Wednesday evening.
According to police, the shooting happened just after 4 p.m. in the 2600 block of Osage Street. An 18-year-old was found in the front yard of a residence shot in the head and was pronounced dead. He was later identified as Jerimiah Grayer, of South City. The Homicide Division has been contacted to investigate.
Police said a second victim, a 32-year-old man, arrived at an area hospital suffering from a gunshot wound. The second victim was conscious and breathing, according to police.
