Endangered Person Advisory issued for missing north St. Louis County teen

ST. LOUIS, Mo. (First Alert 4) - The Bellefontaine Neighbors Police Department put out an endangered person advisory for a 13-year-old.

Law enforcement said Dontrell Carter was seen on camera Thursday around 8 p.m., leaving his house in the 10000 block of Coburg Lands Dr. They said Carter had left a note behind saying he was intending to harm himself.

Police said Carter is a black male, 5′6″, 120 lbs, black hair and brown eyes. But it is unknown what Carter may be wearing.
