NEWS 4 EXCLUSIVE: Possible lone survivor of I-70 serial killer speaks up after 30 years

In 1992, a lone gunman shot and killed six people in five cities along Interstate 70. The killings happened within one month and then he suddenly stopped. He later became known as the I-70 serial killer. Then in 1993 and 1994, three women were shot using similar methods at shops near interstate in Texas. Two of them women died, but one survived: Vicki Webb.
