MSHP investigating drowning at Meramec State Park

ST. LOUIS, Mo. (First Alert 4) - The Missouri State Highway Patrol is investigating Sunday a drowning at Meramec State Park.

The call for a person who went under the water and didn’t resurface came out before 4:30 p.m. Investigators say the person was recovered shortly at 5:29 p.m.

The Crawford County Coroner and MSHP’s Troop I are investigating the drowning.
